Breakfast

It usually includes coffee with milk or orange juice and some “bollería”, churros or porras, or toast (which can come with tomatoes or olive oil).




Lunch

One of the most popular dishes in Spanish cuisine, paella is made from rice, olive oil, saffron (which gives it its yellow color) and seafood such as shrimp, squid and mussels.
