What do they eat in... the south of France by Victor, Guilherme & Islaine

In the of South France..
For breakfast, people usually have coffee or orange juice and baguette with butter. Sometimes people have croissant with jam.

For lunch, people usually have mixed salad or soup and main course they have the choice of beef, pork, chicken or fish, with potatoes, rice, pasta and vegetables, among other food.

For dinner, the French typically have a small meal because they usually get out of work late. Shredded carrots, radishes, charcuterie, or olive tapenade, accompany a simple main dish -grilled chicken, steak or salmon, served with potatoes, pasta, or green beans.

And a yogurt with a piece of fruit, and a cookie or piece of chocolate complete the meal as dessert.
